「回饋之間」以實質鼓勵和回饋，達到節能減碳的目標，市民可使用悠遊卡領取公用腳踏車，公用腳踏車上的紀錄器會記下你所貢獻的動能，自動將動能儲存成電能，在還回腳踏車時透過腳踏車架輸出電力作為公共設施之用電，並同步將電能換算出的回饋金加值在使用者的悠遊卡裡，成為搭乘大眾運輸工具的費用。
“Between Rebate” is a public bicycle renting mechanism which achieves the goal of a carbon emission reduction and energy conservation. City residents can rent a bicycle with payment by an Easy Card. A recorder on the bicycle will record how much kinetic energy is spent by the bicycle user and the mechanism will automatically turn the spent kinetic energy into stored electricity.
