Expand Lifebuoy可以擴大救援面積，在救生員拋出後，救生圈四邊握把會因為旋轉張力而展開，展開後四邊的握把不僅能增加救援人數，更可讓救援面積可以擴大至1倍以上，讓溺水者可以更快的抓到救生圈。

Expand Lifebuoy can expand the rescue scope. After the lifeguards throw it out, the four handles around the lifebuoy expand due to rotational motion. The expanded handles can increase the number of rescued people and enlarge the rescue scope to at least double the distance. The drowning people can grasp the lifebuoy faster.
