一般的廣場外觀常常是相當簡單，甚至是單調，在平坦的地板上擺設幾張板凳。也就是說，少數空地是這樣處理的。然而，這個廣場不一樣。整個廣場空間變成了設計物件，空曠圓形空間變成了如板凳坐落的座椅區。座椅區的空間是由地形的高低差自然地構成，坐落於設計過的地板及空曠空間。遊客可以享受這個動態廣場，或走或坐或躺。如果從廣場外部向內看，遊客會感覺置身於雲端或海。這個景致只能透過設計的人造空間才能獲得，變成了很特別的都市空間及生活。

Appearance of typical plaza is really simple and boring thing that there are a few benches on the flat ground. That is, it is just treated with a handful of space for sitting in the empty space. However, in this plaza, condition is changed. The whole space of plaza becomes the object of design, and empty circular space becomes the space for sitting like bench. Space for sitting is made naturally by topographical differences between designed ground and empty space. Visitors can enjoy dynamic surface of this plaza with walking, sitting, or lying. If someone looks this scene outside this plaza, he will feel as if people are floating on the cloud or sea. This scene can be gotten by only designed artificial space, so it becomes more special in the urban space and life.
