Other day, I meet the article『Stay up all night, we notice that night and morning/today and tomorrow are connect.』 We think designing space is same as designing a part of the town. And it is also designing a landscape for furniture. On this project, we consider situations that many things are both separated and connected, specifically clothes, foods and plants. We took the interior space as an outside space connect to the public and made a relationship between inside and outside by some architecture in the existed building. This makes a public space opened up to inner space. We think the rooftop is also a part of the shop and make it surrounded outside space with architectural pergola. It is maybe a same emotion of noticing various continuities as that of meeting the daybreak for the first time. We think that daily life will be enriched when we notice that wearing clothes relates drinking coffee or watering plants through our lives. Making a space is not making inside of the room but also enlivening the town with connection to society. If we can substantiate this point, it also equals making the city. We continue to grope after the continuousness to the future still unseen, day after day.
