A loader which moves by recognizing coordinates A loader which mostly functions on uneven grounds may cause the driver to experience severe motion sickness and also cause them to feel rapid tiredness. However, the ‘ARM LOADER’ allows for the recognition of the coordinate points on the ground and helps the driver’s seat to be stable and not waver. Therefore, it helps the driver not to feel tired and allows them to carry out their work safely. Furthermore, this product makes up for the flaws of heavy equipments which have a small field of vision and a camera was installed in the front to allow for the recognition of threats. Additionally, there are many cases when the loader u-turns throughout the process and through the consideration of this factor, a wheel was applied to allow it to spin easily. The coordinates of the driver’s seat always has a horizontal direction. Even if the ground is tilted or uneven, impacts are absorbed through the joint structure which is connected to the driver’s seat and it is made to move along with the ground. Moreover, the joint structure which is connected with the tire is also made to be based upon such a concept. Recognition of the X, Y, and Z axis The X, Y, and Z axis of the floor is recognized and the slope and level can be seen. Furthermore, the sections which have height are marked with red and are recognized in the center equipment of the ‘ARM LOADER’. Therefore, the equipment’s speed slope is calculated and transmitted to each joint. Turning is possible in even small spaces. The 4 wheels turn 45˚ from each central point. As it turns, the axis of the wheel sticks out towards the outside and the interval between the wheels are controlled. Furthermore, the power of each wheel is transmitted and the loss of electric power is controlled. Front scene camera When the bucket moves up, one field of sight is relatively concealed. Therefore, the driver has no choice but to drive by their instincts. However, they can uncover a better field of sight through the ‘Arm loader’ through the front camera. As a result, the driver can gain information while driving in a covered up field of sight through the front window. The front camera can allow for the detection of objects in motion. The view which is covered up by the ‘bucket’ can be seen through the front camera. However, the ‘arm loader’ has an emergency stop function in case of accidents. Objects within the hidden field of sight are detected through heat and motion sensors. Furthermore, warnings are given out through the driver’s seat window and the vehicle is then stopped.
