不凡美味實驗所是專門為特殊教育族群設計的教學工具,經過實際調查過程,和喜憨寶寶們相處中發現了他們其實是可以藉由一些特殊方法如視覺引導作為教學,以具有色香味俱全的食物作為教學題材,利用生活化及圖案記憶連結,培養時間、重量、拌勻的認知。

天秤樹–秤量重量的工具,以樹的意象搭配小動物作為設計,使用不同動物作為砝碼增加記憶連結,並且利用更直覺的升降評斷是否到達需求重量,加上配合圖卡的引導讓大朋友們可以更輕鬆學習慢慢成長克服原本無法達成的障礙。 拌勻山–在大朋友攪拌的過程中,時常發生攪拌不均勻的情況。

不凡美味實驗所是專門為特殊教育族群設計的教學工具,經過實際調查過程,和喜憨寶寶們相處中發現了他們其實是可以藉由一些特殊方法如視覺引導作為教學,以具有色香味俱全的食物作為教學題材,利用生活化及圖案記憶連結,培養時間、重量、拌勻的認知。 天秤樹–秤量重量的工具,以樹的意象搭配小動物作為設計,使用不同動物作為砝碼增加記憶連結,並且利用更直覺的升降評斷是否到達需求重量,加上配合圖卡的引導讓大朋友們可以更輕鬆學習慢慢成長克服原本無法達成的障礙。 拌勻山–在大朋友攪拌的過程中,時常發生攪拌不均勻的情況。我們將拌碗重新設計,中間擁有凸起物限制旋轉的軌跡,更加容易拌勻,握把設計肥大化,握持更適合大朋友的使用,碗中有圖案如同在水中與魚嬉戲一般更富趣味。 時間樹–大朋友對於數字難以了解且不理解排序順序,因此我們將計時器重新設計並結合故事,猴子在山中尋找水果,並搭配故事書作為加強圖案順序連結,即便是不認識字的朋友們,也都可以輕鬆地藉此了解時間的概念。 認知學習對於大朋友們是最好的訓練,藉此了解重量與時間,更可以將概念轉化到生活中,創造出一系列視覺化的識別系統,對於生活操作更便利,攜手創造出一個無差別化友善的生活空間!

 

After volunteering and the investigation process, we find out mentally retarded children’s difficulties and learn about their advantages. We find that they can actually use special methods such as visual guidance as teaching, and use life-style and pattern-memory to link to cultivate time, weight and mixing cognition. We use foods with aromas and colors as a teaching theme. Balance tree - We use balance as a tool for weighing and combine tree's imagery with different animals as a design, which as weights to increase memory links, and using more intuitive lifting judgments to reach the required weight, plus the guidance with the pattern card to make them learn easily and slowly to overcome obstacles which they could not achieve. Mixing mountain - In the stirring process of mentally retarded children, uneven mixing often occurs. We redesigned the mixing bowl with bumps in the middle to limit the trajectory of rotation, making it easier to mix . The design of the grip is hypertrophic, which is more suitable for the use of them. The pattern in the bowl is like playing with the fish in the water to make it more interesting and storymatic. Timer tree - To identify numbers is a difficult task for mentally retarded children. It is hard for them to understand the figures and sort order. So we redesign the timer and combined the stories. The monkey looks for fruit in the mountain and we use storybooks as reinforcements. The pattern is linked in order, even if the friends do not know the word, they can still easily understand the concept of time. Cognitive learning is the best training for them. By using these trainings, we can transform concepts into our life. We hope everyone can express their own strengths and work together to create a undifferentiated and friendly living space!
