「Salavat Kupere」公園
Kazan，Tatarstan 共和國，俄羅斯 Salavat Kupere 公園，
位於 Tatarstan 首都 Kazan 邊境，
周圍環繞為 5 萬人設計的社會住宅。該公園是在疫情之後設計的
社區參與形式。該地點曾經是一個不安全、光線不足的空地，
為主要人行道的交叉口。居民感到與城市的便利設施脫節，
他們需要基本的基礎設施。
不同於繁華的城市，這個住宅區提供一種置身大自然的感覺。其
19 層樓的建築間距寬敞、綠化充足。在城市化衝擊之下，
我們希望將遠離自然的這種「脆弱」感覺
轉移到此專案。我們的任務是盡可能保留自然景觀，
並小心的將「城市」元素融入公園，
使其成為一個特殊的地方。
空間分區幫襯自然的形式，
與高層建築的森嚴「住宅」幾何形狀形成鮮明對比。蜿蜒小路通往圓形廣場，
廣場種滿各種綠色植物。牧草、穀物與多年生植物的植被與區域景觀相呼應，
反映城市外的悠閒生活。我們也保留成熟的樹木，
並為恢復後的湖泊提供水生植物，這將可以淨化水質。
循環，一種自給自足的形式，
成為城市與環境對比的妥協。其體現在所有標誌性的公園主體，
團結人們並強調社群在這個新社區的重要性。
‘Salavat Kupere’
Park Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan, Russia
Salavat Kupere Park, on the border of Kazan, the capital of Tatarstan, is surrounded by social housing designed for 50,000 people. The park was designed post-pandemic with community involvement. The site was once an unsafe, unlit vacant lot at the intersection of key pedestrian pathways. Residents felt disconnected from the city's amenities, they were needed basic infrastructure.
Unlike the bustling urban city, this residential area offers a sense of being in nature. Its 19-story buildings are spaced generously, providing ample greenery. And this "fragile" feeling of the outgoing nature under the onslaught of urbanization we wanted to transfer to the project. Our task was to preserve the naturalness, the landscape as much as possible, and carefully fit the "urban" elements into the park so that it would become a special place.
The space zoning supports natural forms that contrast with the strict "residential" geometry of high-rises. Serpentine pathways lead to rounded plazas, enhanced by diverse greenery. Meadow grasses, planting of cereals and perennials echo the regional landscape and reflect a leisurely life outside the city. We have also preserved mature trees, and provided aquatic plants for the restored lake, that will purify the water.
The circle, a self-sufficient form, became a compromise in the theme of urban- environmental contrasts. It is manifested in all iconic park objects, unifying people and emphasizing the importance of community in this new neighbourhood.
