【作品介紹 Description】

社會住宅為近年北市府推動的核心計畫，期能落實居住正義，帶動都市更新。本案位於南港舊莊里，早前為大坑溪截彎取直前的河道，現今交通動線完善，鄰近中研院，院區與鄰里間有著和諧緊密的關係，在此背景下規劃119戶社會住宅，期望扮演公共串聯的角色，延續這份巷弄人情。 社區將面對大坑溪的轉角做為入口門廳，以內退方式留設街角廣場，設置攀藤植生牆，連結溪畔綠化空間。地面層透過挑空及島狀量體，設置補充性店舖、綠化休憩平台，藉此留設出河岸人行動線及自行車停放處，形成流暢、易穿越的都市廊道，未來將與鄰房串連成更完整的開放空間。 內部活動空間上，二至四樓逐層退縮於每層平台入口留設公共交誼空間，形成內退式的中介廣場。共享核心空間分散配置於五樓及屋頂層，利於將活動帶往各區域，強化內部交流，也可因應需求彈性調整，提供對內水平、對外垂直的活動延伸。 社會住宅的定位不僅是滿足居住數量，更需進入既有社會架構，與在地生活有所銜接。從地面層的都市串聯空間、多重定義的中介廣場，到共享核心平台，中南社宅透過建築重新述說當地緊密的人情互動，為舊莊注入新活力、也協助新住戶適應，達到良好的互動循環，期能發展為共融且榮的希望載體。

Not only meet the number of residents, but also enter the existing social structure, social housing achieves a good interaction cycle and develop into a communion and prosperity carrier.
