環保設計智慧型木製電鍋，推廣傳統技術
 
目前，製造電子電鍋需要大量資源與材料。這類產品不易回收且壽命不到 5 年。目的是設計永續且可維修的低科技產品，同時宣揚傳統知識。
 
natacha.sacha. 設計的多功能木製電鍋靈感來自日本傳統木桶，組裝過程未用任何鐵釘與螺絲，且可無限次維修。主要構想是提供等同高科技產品的服務，但採用較少電子部件。下方木製部分以不銹鋼材質取代，將傳統物件轉換為 IH 相容鍋具。
 
鍋蓋嵌入可拆卸智慧型顯示器，並配備濕度與溫度感測器。其可連接智慧型手機，讓使用者可監控烹飪狀態並提供食譜提示。木桶可用於蒸煮米飯與其他食物。當飯煮熟之後，會傳送通知且計時器會發出聲音，警告使用者關閉電爐或降低電源以保溫。在烹飪之後，使用者可將米飯放在主容器。由於日本雪松木的特性，米飯可保持適當水分，且可為所烹煮的食物增添微妙風味。

An eco-designed smart wooden rice cooker promoting traditional know-how

At present, manufacturing an electric rice cooker requires a lot of resources and materials. These products are difficult to recycle and have a lifespan of less than 5 years. The aim is to design a sustainable, repairable, low-tech product that enhances traditional know-how.

Inspired by traditional Japanese wooden buckets, which are assembled without nails or screws and can be repaired ad infinitum, natacha.sacha. has designed a multifunctional wooden rice cooker. The main idea is to offer a service equal to that of a high-tech product with fewer electronic components. The wooden lower part is replaced by a stainless-steel part, transforming the traditional object into an IH-compatible cooker.

A removable intelligent display, equipped with a humidity and temperature sensor, is inserted into the lid. Connected to a smartphone, it will allow users to monitor their cooking and help them with recipe tips. The wooden bucket can be used to steam rice and other foods. When the rice is cooked, a notification and timer sounds to warn the user to turn off the hotplate or reduce the power to keep warm. After cooking, the user can place the rice in the main container. Japanese cedar wood has the virtue of preserving the right level of moisture in the rice and can give a subtle flavor to the food cooked inside.
