The winter season in Gorky Park traditionally begins with the opening of an ice rink. The design uses abstract forms in which visitors can see various landmarks and iconic places. Thus, the organizers of the skating rink tried to convey the atmosphere of travel, which people now lack so much. The skating rink allows you to move to any latitude and longitude, see, for example, the western and eastern peaks of Elbrus; diverging like strings, steel cables of the Golden Bridge in Vladivostok; Fisht Stadium in Sochi; battlements of the facade of the Swallow's Nest in Yalta; the rays of the Murmansk lighthouse cut through the fog.
