切藥器一般需通過藥品拆分工具來完成。購買切藥器是一件相當麻煩的事情，而且很難確保其適用於特定之藥品。例如60毫克寬心持續性藥效安非他酮錠(據Sam指稱)的包裝設計—將泡罩包裝改為較為方便之藥丸/片之設計並具備易於儲存之特性。藉由衝孔程序和彩色標識調定點對摺，每顆藥丸/片元素依照相對應的泡罩部分進行處理，此舉更有助於摺疊工作的完成。藥丸切分後便可將背側和鋁膜的黏合劑撕開，並於使用後再次進行黏貼。這種包裝設計亦適用於大多數有切分需求的泡罩包裝藥丸。

Segmentation pill generally needs to be done through split drug tool.It is very troublesome to buy a split drug tool,and it is difficult to adapt fora particular pill. For example,the packaging design by isosorbide mononitrate zyban (accord-ing to Sam) 60 mg----chaging the design of blister packaging into facilitating pills and facilitating storage. Each pill element by punching and color logo set points fold, and corresponding blister part of processing,more conducive to fold. After the pill is segmented, it can tear the adhesive of the back and aluminum film. After using, then paste it again.This packaging design is also suitable formost of the Blister Packaging pills with segmentagtion demand.
